This is a local business, currently run by myself. There will be days that i'm either stuck on my main job (IT for LNB) or on vacation or busy with a family matter. I will try to get to all requests as quikly as possible. I try to be as careful as possible but note that i am human and am learning all of the time so, in a case where something is DOA, the chance of me revivng said tech is 50/50 and should in no way reflect how my normal sense of business is carried out.
